- And if you're in the USA you can get new firmware for your Multi-tech
- modem for FREE simply by calling Multi-Tech's TOLL FREE tech support
- line (1-800-972-2439) and requesting it (explaining that you're having
- some connectivity problems). If you have one of the more expensive "BA"
- model Multi-techs with flash prom you can download the latest firmware
- from Multi-Tech's TOLL FREE BBS (1-800-392-2432) Multi-Tech also posts
- their prom-based firmware for download for those equipped with a prom
- burner and blank eproms. If calling voice you'll need your modem model
- and serial no. Multi-Tech makes it a point of being real easy to do
- business with.
